My name is Becca, and I’m a Swedish gym girl with a passion for strength training.
I started going to the gym at 14, though back then it wasn’t very serious— just following trends from social media, like using resistance bands without truly understanding how to train effectively. After a break, I returned to the gym at 16 with a new dedication. As I got older, I began learning more about strength training and how hypertrophy is key to building bigger, stronger muscles. Since then, I've been fully committed to improving my training and achieving real results.
The gym has been incredibly important for my personal growth. It’s where I found confidence in myself and a sense of peace. No matter what challenges I’ve faced in life, the gym has always been a place where I could reset and regain my strength — both physically and mentally.
My approach is that it’s super fun to lift heavy — but it’s always important to do it with good technique. I believe in mastering the basics and constantly challenging myself to improve, little by little, every day. With the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, I’ve created a training program that are not only fun and empowering but also straightforward and effective, designed to help you build muscle and strength without overcomplicating the process.
